Meghan McCarty MA, BCBA, COBA, LBA
Associate Clinical DirectorMeghan is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with nine years of experience in the field of ABA. She began her journey as an RBT in 2017 after working in early childhood and elementary education. A graduate of the University of Cincinnati, Meghan discovered her passion for Applied Behavior Analysis while living in Tennessee. She later earned her master’s degree in Special Education from Arizona State University and became a BCBA in 2020.
Meghan is especially passionate about assent-based practice, Relational Frame Theory, and helping clients build the skills and confidence to advocate for themselves. She believes meaningful progress happens when clients feel heard, respected, and actively involved in their own care.
Outside of work, Meghan is happiest at home with her husband, Erich, their son, Elliot, and their two dogs, Loretta and Jolene. She loves reading, baking, crocheting, and embracing all things cozy and a little spooky. A few of her favorite things? The color green, chocolate, manatees, Mothman, puppies, and anything that gives just the right amount of spooky vibes.
Rhonda McKittrick, RBT
Administrative Assistant & Credentialing CoordinatorRhonda began her journey in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in 2023 and quickly discovered a passion for supporting children and their families. She considers her work in ABA a true calling and values the opportunity to work alongside Guided Practice’s clients, families, and dedicated team members each day.
Rhonda brings a diverse professional background to Guided Practice, with experience as a CNA, Banking Specialist, nanny, and Human Resources Generalist. Each of these roles helped strengthen her compassion, communication skills, and commitment to helping others—qualities she now brings to her work in ABA.
Outside of Guided Practice, Rhonda enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She and her husband, Jeff, have been married for 27 years and have a son, Jeremy. She loves cooking and baking, working in the yard, taking long Jeep rides with her husband, and spending time with her great-nieces and nephews.
Rhonda is excited to continue growing in the field of ABA and is proud to be part of the Guided Practice team. She finds it incredibly rewarding to work alongside a team committed to supporting children, celebrating their progress, and making a meaningful difference for the families we serve.
Meghan Krekeler, RBT
Clinical Assistant & BCaBA Supervision StudentMeghan brings more than 15 years of experience supporting individuals with special needs across assisted living, home, clinic, and school settings. She is especially passionate about helping individuals develop functional communication skills, navigate challenging behaviors, and build greater independence.
Meghan earned her bachelor’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University. As a trainer at Guided Practice, she enjoys helping Behavior Technicians build confidence, strengthen their clinical skills, and understand the “why” behind ABA so they can apply what they learn effectively and compassionately in everyday situations.
Outside of Guided Practice, Meghan enjoys hiking, camping, paddleboarding, traveling, country music, concerts, true crime, and spending time with her boyfriend and dogs. Faith and community involvement are also important to her, and she serves as a leader with Capernaum, a ministry supporting individuals with special needs.
Meghan is proud to be part of Guided Practice and enjoys helping both clients and team members learn, grow, and succeed.
Julia Mullins, RBT
Training Support SpecialistJulia began her career in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in 2021, building on a longstanding passion for working with children with developmental delays. She loves being part of each child’s journey and values working alongside a team that is committed to showing up every day to provide compassionate, high-quality care.
In addition to her work with clients, Julia is passionate about supporting the growth and development of current and future Behavior Technicians. She provides practical, engaging training focused on ABA principles, ethical practice, accurate data collection, skill acquisition, behavior reduction, and compassionate client care.
Julia’s goal is to help Behavior Technicians develop the knowledge, confidence, and hands-on skills needed to provide individualized and effective support. She emphasizes professionalism, treatment integrity, and respect for every learner and family while helping team members understand not only how to implement ABA strategies, but why those strategies matter.
Julia is proud to be part of Guided Practice and enjoys helping create an environment where both clients and team members can learn, grow, and succeed.
Lyndsey Roberto, RBT
Clinical TrainerWith five years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis, Lyndsey has supported clients as an RBT across clinic, home, and school settings. She is passionate about meeting each client where they are, providing individualized support, and celebrating the progress—both big and small—that makes each journey unique.
Lyndsey believes quality ABA begins with quality data. Her motto, “No data, it didn’t happen,” reflects her commitment to accurate data collection and using that information to guide meaningful, effective treatment.
Outside of Guided Practice, Lyndsey enjoys reading and spending time with her family, especially while cheering on the Bearcats at UC sporting events.
